The working principle of automatic coater for screen printing is the same, but its performance varies from model to model and manufacturer to manufacturer. The screen coater is equipped with a device capable of clamping the vertical frame of the screen frame. The front and back of the screen area is a horizontal coating mechanism, which is composed of a coating box and mechanical or pneumatic components that control the angle and pressure of the coating box.
Both ends of the hot melt adhesive coater are installed on the vertical support arm of the coater. The coating mechanism moves up and down through the transmission of belt, chain or cable to coat along the surface of the screen. The transmission mechanism is connected with the servo or frequency conversion motor to make it run stably and accurately control the position of the coating mechanism.
