1. The filter screen of melting cylinder body is blocked

After removing the rubber hose joint, make the motor run. If the hot melt adhesive coater has no glue output or the glue output is significantly reduced, it can be determined that the filter screen of the melting cylinder is blocked by carbides or other impurities.

Turn off the machine.

Remove the filter screen group under the side of the machine, soak it in the cleaning solution of the rubber machine, and clean the filter screen with a brush in detail. If the filter screen is out of service, replace it with a new one, and then reinstall the filter screen group and tighten it carefully.

Please pay attention to remove the "O" ring and Teflon ring. Do not touch other than the cleaning fluid of the rubber machine

Solvent to avoid pressure relief or glue leakage caused by damage.

Turn off the machine.

2. Reasons for unstable glue output of hot melt adhesive coater

(1) Uneven size

The filter screen is blocked; The motor does not operate normally; Improper adjustment of return valve.

(2) Glue outlet pressure drop · low

The rubber bucket is full of impurities in the filter screen;

Gun body failure of hot melt adhesive coating machine;

The heating system of the glue machine fails or the hot melt glue does not reach the Cao operating temperature.

3. The gear pump motor does not produce glue during operation

First check whether the safety and safety return valve in the melting cylinder flows back into the melting cylinder. If so, it means that the gear pump and return valve are not damaged, which should be slowly tightened and set to the appropriate pressure position.

If it is a newly installed machine, it may be caused by the vacuum in the hot melt adhesive circuit. At this time, please remove the rubber pipe joint nut of the hot melt adhesive coater and let the machine run. After the glue is discharged normally, install the rubber pipe back to the lock joint nut.

If it is an old machine, it may be that the gear of the gear pump has been worn out. Take out the whole set of gear pump, remove the fixing screws of the gear combination, take out the pinion and external gear, replace it with a new set of gears, and then install and fix the gear pump properly; At this time, please pay attention to the installation orientation of the gear. If the installation orientation is opposite, the glue will not come out.

When disassembling the gear pump, the technician must know the structure of the gear pump in detail before disassembling it

4. Reasons for unstable glue output

The filter screen is blocked; Improper adjustment of the return valve (the return valve is 6mm hexagon socket screw under the rubber barrel).
