2. Before the maintenance and repair of the hot melt adhesive coater, the power user on the hot melt adhesive coater and the general power supply of the external connection must be cut off first, and no live Cao operation is allowed.

3. Do not disassemble, check and adjust any parts on the hot melt adhesive coater, unless you have enough knowledge of the performance of the equipment.

4. Do not disassemble and repair the hot melt coater equipment alone unless other personnel are nearby to assist, and can give immediate help or first aid in case of accident, mechanical damage or personal injury.

5. Only qualified personnel can repair and maintain the hot melt adhesive coater.

6. Under any circumstances, do not touch the wire connectors that may be exposed to the outside world or other components connected by wires and not loose.

7. The power supply must be cut off before removing or moving the protective device on the hot melt coater or replacing the element.

8. If possible, try to stand on the plastic blanket for maintenance. Never maintain the hot melt coater in a flooded floor or in an unusually humid environment.

9. Wear safety gloves, goggles and long sleeved overalls when maintaining and repairing the hot melt adhesive coater to avoid scalding and injury of body parts by high-temperature liquid hot melt adhesive or burning by high-temperature component surface.

10. When the pressure of the coating machine is loose or has been reduced to zero, the pressure of the air supply must be determined.

11. When cleaning the hot melt glue cylinder, avoid using fireworks or sharp hard tools to avoid scratching the Teflon non adhesive coating inside the glue barrel.
